Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect fit. Please ensure you check all measurements as stated in the product descriptions and choose accordingly.

We will gladly exchange or offer a credit note within 14 days of the delivery date for any items that are faulty. Please note - you will be responsible for any returns postage charge and "Custom Made" items are non-refundable or exchangeable. Any damages must be reported by email within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition: new, unworn/unused with the tags attached, along with the original packaging.

Bubba Boo-tique will not be responsible for lost parcels please choose registered post to have your parcel insured/traceable.
